Yin Yang
Cherokee Legend
A Grandfather is telling his grandson about life, a fight
that is going on inside himself. A fight between two wolves.
One is evil: Anger, envy, sorrow, regret,
fearful thinking, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other is good: Joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.
The grandson thought about it for a minute
and then asked his grandfather,
"Which wolf wins?"
The Grandfather answered,
"The one you feed"

Sports Massage is designed for athletes, but is useful for anyone with chronic pain, injury or range-of-motion issues.
Sports massage helps athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training.
The emphas is to prevent and heal from injuries to the muscles and tendons, incress flexability and reduce muscle stiffness. It is a type of Swedish Massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Some sports massage movements use deep tissue and trigger point therapy to break down adhesions (knots in the muscles) and help to increase range of motion.
A regular sports massage can help prevent injury by improving the condition of the muscles
Pre Sports Massage
A short, stimulating massage 15 minutes before the event or athletic work out. It is directed toward the parts of the body to lossen and warm up tissues and muscles that will be involved in the exertion.
Post Sports Masage
To lossen and relax the body's tissues and muscles that have been over streched and exerted. Important after a hard workout or training at the gym or after a sporting event.
A foot and hand massage can restore the body's circulatory, nervous, immune, digestive, hormonal, and structural systems to normal functioning through the body's zones and reflex areas.
Areas touched and massaged on the feet and hands are opened and reflect to parts in the body which effects a physical change within.

While "yin" would be dark, passive, downward, cold, contracting, and weak, "yang" would be bright, active, upward, hot, expanding, and strong. The shape of the yin and yang sections of the symbol, actually gives you a sense of the continual movement of these two energies, yin to yang and yang to yin, causing everything to happen: just as things expand and contract, and temperature changes from hot to cold.
When the body body goes out of balance or when when there is too much Yin or Yang, we fall sick. The aim is to keep the body in balance. This is the basic Yin Yang concept
The Simbol Yin-Yang represents the ancient Chinese understanding of how things work. The outer circle represents "everything", while the black and white shapes within the circle represent the interaction of two energies, called "yin" (black) and "yang" (white), which cause everything to happen. They are not completely black or white, just as things in life are not completely black or white, and they cannot exist without each other.
The one who wins ...
Is the one you feed
Deep Tissue Massage
is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue. The focus is on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles.
This massage is recommended for individuals who experience chronic pain, are involved in heavy physical activity, such as athletes, construction, and patients who have sustained a physical injury.
Neuromuscular therapy is in combination with deep tissue massage where the purpose is to seek out and treat trigger points. Trigger points are areas of irritation that form within strained bands of muscle tissue and pain is felt when pressed on.
